Eligibility
ProhibitionDistribution.shop is a business-to-business distribution platform. Access is restricted to verified, licensed business entities purchasing for lawful resale, manufacturing, or processing within jurisdictions where THCA-containing hemp products are legal. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older and operate a registered business.
Approved Jurisdictions
Wholesale access is currently limited to a list of approved legal states maintained by ProhibitionDistribution.shop. Applications from operators located outside the approved-state list will not be approved at this time. The approved-state list is reviewed on an ongoing basis based on regulatory developments and counsel guidance.
Documentation
All applicants must provide a valid business name, contact details, business address, Tax ID / EIN, resale certificate, and where applicable a business license. Documents are reviewed manually by our compliance team. Approval is not guaranteed.
No Public Catalog
Product listings, pricing, photography, video, lab reports, inventory, and ordering are accessible only after an account has been approved by ProhibitionDistribution.shop. Nothing on this public site constitutes an offer to sell to the general public.
Resale Restrictions
By placing an order, buyer affirms that they will not resell, distribute, or ship products into jurisdictions where doing so is prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
Payment
ProhibitionDistribution.shop accepts wire transfer only. Orders enter "Pending Wire Payment" status upon submission and are released for fulfillment after wire receipt has been verified by our team.
